• General Description (Mechanism of Action): Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant. The main mechanism of caffeine is the adenosine receptor in the brain, which results in increased awareness, alertness and performance.
• Indications: Increased energy and decrease, increased strength, increased metabolism and increased concentration.
• General Dosage and Amount: The recommended dosage of this product is 1 to 3 tablets daily, taken before meals or exercise, or as directed by a physician. Avoid taking more than 3 tablets daily. Some foods and beverages may contain caffeine, which may increase heart rate, jitters and nervousness when taken with this product. This supplement is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Used with caution in patients with renal failure and cardiovascular disease.
