L-Arginine is found in red meat, poultry, fish and dairy products. L-Arginine is converted into a chemical called nitric oxide in the body. Nitric oxide dilates blood vessels and improves blood flow in the body. L-Arginine also releases growth hormone, insulin and other substances in the body.

• Indications: Stimulates the secretion of growth hormone, increases muscle strength and volume, increases metabolism and helps with cardiovascular health, strengthens sexual power and the immune system, increases recovery after exercise. • General dosage and method of use: 2 to 6 tablets daily at intervals, before meals or exercise or as directed by a doctor. • Contraindications: If you have any allergies to the product, herpes, guanidine acetate methyltransferase deficiency, immediately after a heart attack, and kidney problems, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
